Requirements
- Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines including cloud, virtualization, database, storage, network, automation, AI/ML, application development, Zero Trust, Agile and SAFe
- Current certifications in ITIL 4 foundation, Security+, Agile Certified Practitioner, one or more of: Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Google Cloud Foundational
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance
- TOGAF 9
- PMP
- Agile SAFE
- One or more of: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Development, delivery accounts and Corporate Offerings teams to determine the overall solution strategy and approach to align to the customer’s objectives and requirements
- Responsible for the technical solution development, competitive costing, and business case alignment of Peraton solutions to the Government client’s proposal requirements
- Lead teams of solution professionals and technical subject matter experts in the development of integrated, cost-effective solutions for inclusion in proposal responses
- Create and defend staffing models which align with the solution strategy
- Guides team in developing graphics and written content, which translates the solution strategy to clear, effective, and customer-value oriented technical volumes and orals decks
- Able to clearly articulate all aspects of the solution during governance reviews with senior Peraton management, identifying and evaluating solution risks and create strategies and plans to mitigate those risks
- Establish strong relationships with Peraton partners to drive high quality solutions and compelling value propositions
Other
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field and a minimum of 16 years industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading successful (winning) technical solutions and proposal development for large, complex opportunities and proposal submissions for US Federal Government customers
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in team settings
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a variety of formats with varying levels of stakeholders
- Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate at the senior and executive management levels
