Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and customer feedback to generate actionable insights that improve sales interactions and outcomes.
- Translate data-driven insights into clear business requirements, designing tailored solutions that enhance the sales experience and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and create presentations to communicate improvements, insights, and recommendations across the Sales organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision making and customer engagement.
- Conduct prompt engineering and refine AI model inputs to improve performance and accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement projects in the Sales organization.
