The company needs to manage large data sets within Google Sheets/Excel and EMR systems to support the claims team. This involves formatting and updating data to be user-friendly for charge entry and inputting patient information into billing software to generate correct payment requirements.
Requirements
- HIGH VOLUME data entry skills - measured on accuracy and speed in previous role
- MICROSOFT EXCEL - must be able to receive raw data set and make it manageable to use themselves, without training or process from leadership. this includes formulas, conditional formatting, referencing multiple sheets to update information
- Very tech savvy - multiple systems at once, very comfortable with MS office and setting up their own computers and managing their systems remotely from home
- Strong typing - at least 60 WPM and high speed high accuracy
Responsibilities
- managing large data sets within Google Sheets/Excel and EMR systems.
- receive very large data sets in Excel - will need to format and update them to be user-friendly to then perform charge entry function.
- receive patient information from Excel file and input patient information into billing software to generate correct payment requirements
