The company is looking for an Entry-Level Data Analyst to support a high-impact team within the employee benefits and insurance space, aiming to build skills in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
Requirements
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or Excel through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with insurance or benefits data is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends and support decision-making.
- Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Use Power Query to clean and prepare data for analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs.
- Present findings in a clear, actionable format.
- Help improve data processes and reporting workflows.
- Take ownership of small projects and contribute to larger initiatives.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
