Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Knowledge of retrieving data from databases and systems using queries and exporting capabilities
- Understanding of or experience with statistical software and data visualization tools such as R, SPSS, SAS, and UNIX shell scripting
- Sustained excellence in academic performance
- Experience applying data science, AI, math, or statistics in an internship or research position
- Experience retrieving data from databases and systems using queries and exporting capabilities
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python (scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas, Jupyter), Scala/Java, C/C++/C-Sharp, Objective C; database design & development (SQL, Neo4J, MongoDB); AWS
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge in data analysis and visualization
- Work on augmented decision making and trusted analytics
- Engage in AI architecture, strategy, and policy
- Develop AI-enhanced decision making and insights
- Utilize generative AI and large language models
- Participate in machine learning operations
- Apply math, statistics, and optimization techniques

- Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain a U.S. Government Security clearance
- Ability to pass MITRE’s employment background check
- Willingness to obtain or have a U.S. Government Security clearance within one year of hire
