FC Dallas is looking for a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and handling confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn HRIS and other HR-related software quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and employee offboarding ensuring accurate documentation and departmental notifications.
  • Prepare and submit accurate HR reports including FMLA, COBRA, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment Claims, and other compliance-related requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR files, personnel records, and company directory.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from applicants and employees regarding HR policies and procedures; escalate complex issues to VP of HR.
  • Protect the integrity and confidentiality of HR records and information.
  • Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.

  • Bilingual in Spanish (fluent) strongly preferred.
