Requirements
- Working concepts of Web Services
- Object oriented programming concepts
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language
- Working knowledge of Test Management tool like HP Quality Center/ALM/QTP etc.
Responsibilities
- contributes in software testing and/or software quality control including automated and manual test scripting
- come up with test cases and test scenarios for a user story/requirement
- create structured test plans & approaches
- research detailed Requirements and developing associated Test Cases
- communicate technical requirements to a development team
- dig into technical problems and write clear, detailed, and repeatable defect reports
- coordinate product testing for software release
Other
- Flexibility to adapt to a team consisting of people from multiple technical background and multiple skill level
- Graduates (Masters/Bachelors) in Computer Science/Management/Engineering (Others can also apply)
- Candidate with aptitude to learn and interest in Software programming, Testing or Business Analysis
- Ability to execute testing in a prioritized and structured manner
- Ability to be self directed
