Credence is looking for an Entry-Level Software/Data Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of software/Data solutions for federal organizations, increasing mission success for warfighters and securing the nation.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum a plus)
- Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and software development.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications in a collaborative environment.
- Support the design and implementation of scalable backend systems or user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with cloud platforms, APIs, and version control systems.
- Participate in the development of technical documentation for AI and ML solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues during development and QA cycles.
- Learn and apply modern engineering practices, tools, and technologies.

- US citizenship with the ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance required.
