Boeing is seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineer - DevSecOps to support the Virtual Warfare Center in Berkeley, Missouri, focusing on ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of software development infrastructure and products for the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret SCI clearance post-start
- 1+ years’ experience with software development in C++ and Python (or equivalents)
- 1+ years’ experience with bash scripting
- Linux and Windows software development experience
- 1+ years’ experience with development, documentation, maintenance and testing of requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
- 1+ years’ experience with Configuration Management
- Familiarity with Agile development practices using continuous integration and delivery
Responsibilities
- Support software tool setup, maintenance, integration, testing, and configuration management across multiple networks and physical locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with tools, frameworks, and CI/CD pipeline infrastructure
- Assist in the development of new toolchains and sustain existing toolchains supporting software development, testing, and delivery
- Operate in agile teams and work independently as needed to solve problems
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure that each system operates as designed and is free of issues and quality problems
- Contribute to analysis, planning, and execution of mitigation strategies to identify and prevent potential security vulnerabilities

- Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start
- U.S. Citizenship required to meet export control compliance requirements
