The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry-Level Software Technical Analyst to support the Vertical Lift Software Development Team, which develops software solutions for the V-22 Osprey and H-47 Chinook. The role involves implementing and documenting software designs, analyzing data, and generating metrics.
Requirements
- Experience with programming principles and coding best practices
- Experience with technical writing and/or process documentation
- Basic understanding of and experience with Software Requirements, Development and Testing
- Experience with Ada, C, C++, C-Sharp, Python, Java, SQL, LabView, DOORS, Agile, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira), or Git a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Use software tools to generate basic software products (e.g., design documents, requirement specifications, software builds).
- Gather and perform basic analysis of data to assess software performance/function.
- Collect and input process data to support basic software metrics.
- Support the integration of software components and hardware-software integration by assisting in the execution of basic test procedures and result collection.
- Develop, document and check basic software code using software development environment tools and programming languages.

- Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
- Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new tools, follow detailed processes and instructions, and document and communicate results in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to write technical documentation when provided with clear guidance
