Cushman & Wakefield is looking for an Environmental Data Analyst to manage and analyze environmental data for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards like ISO 14001 and ISO 14064, and supporting sustainability initiatives to achieve GHG emission reduction goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications
- Familiarity with database programs, comfortable mining and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources
- Proven analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to independently plan and manage deliverables for multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Education or experience within the real estate or sustainability industry
- 3-5 years professional experience
Responsibilities
- Capture, review and validate client’s environmental data for accuracy; produce resulting progress reports assessing progress against environmental performance targets
- Support queries for third-party review of documentation and data
- Lead client's response during external ISO 14001 EMS & ISO 14064 data verification audits
- Support Client’s Environmental Team during internal and external ISO 14001 site audits
- Elicit, document, and communicate sustainability requirements, processes and procedures in accordance with established standards
- Compile program dashboard and related materials for ad-hoc senior management, regional meetings on strategic topics
- Manage client's regional waste program, including monthly waste metrics reporting, supporting onsite waste program assessments of client's facilities, and ad hoc offsite audits of client's waste vendors' facilities
