Sutter Health is looking to implement and validate Epic's predictive and generative AI products across the organization, requiring a deep understanding of Epic data models and workflow tooling to deliver safe, reliable, and value-positive AI in production.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge in formulating state-of-the-art enterprise strategic architecture framework plans
- Advanced knowledge in the engineering, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of a wide range of server and storage platforms
- Expert knowledge of visualization technologies
- Knowledge of Epic data models (Chronicles, Clarity, Caboodle) and Epic workflow tooling
- Experience with AI implementation and validation
- Experience with SDLC practices
- Skilled in developing documentation at a technical and user level
Responsibilities
- sets the strategy and leads the design, engineering, implementation, and validation of Epic’s predictive and generative AI products across Sutter Health
- brings a deep understanding of Epic data models (Chronicles, Clarity, Caboodle) and Epic workflow tooling to deliver safe, reliable, and value-positive AI in production
- interprets architecture requirements, evaluates Epic AI features, guides selection and integration, and standardizes the infrastructure, and SDLC practices needed to scale
- partner with the existing Epic teams to implement workflows
- coordinate across informatics, clinical leadership, and operations to align use cases, stand up robust evaluation and monitoring, and deliver finished solutions
- develop documentation at a technical and user level
- analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions
Other
- Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8 years of recent relevant experience
- Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations
- Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner
