Deloitte is looking for an experienced Epic Clarity Data Specialist to support a US Core business analyst in a cross-functional analytics solution delivery team, aiming to gather and clarify requirements, translate them into user stories, and advise on the proper use of Epic Clarity tables, columns, and logic to meet user stories and business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Epic Cogito Certification and Epic Clarity Certification in at least one of the Epic Clarity data models -- ideally some experience in all of them (Clinical, Resolute (HB/PB), Access)
- Familiarity with other parts of Epic Cogito Suite
- Familiarity with developing business intelligence and analytic assets/products
- Experience with GCP / Looker would be a plus
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Responsibilities
- Support a US Core business analyst in a Deloitte-staffed cross-functional analytics solution delivery team (‘squad’) comprising Google Looker developers, Google Biq Query data engineers, data analysts, and testers
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and create and prioritize the backlog alongside the business product owner
- Advise the team on the proper Clarity tables, columns, and logic to achieve the required user stories
- Identify opportunities for business stakeholders to use Epic Cogito analytics tools (e.g., SlicerDicer) to meet certain use cases where appropriate
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
