Requirements
- 4 years of experience developing interfaces.
- 2 years of experience developing interfaces for an Epic environment.
- 2 years of experience with Epic Bridges.
- Epic certification in Interface Development.
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 6 years of relevant experience in interface development and healthcare IT
Responsibilities
- Designs and develops HL7 real-time and interfaces between Epic and other systems.
- Tests and validates interface functionality.
- Troubleshoots and resolves interface-related issues.
- Gathers and documents business requirements.
- Translates requirements into technical specifications.
- Assists with software upgrades and patches.
- Conducts end-to-end testing of interfaces.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work well with others to achieve goals.
- Excellent user support and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new software updates and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
