Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) needs to provide data analysis and reporting support to business users to help clarify their data requests and reporting needs and to facilitate the use of Epic analytics tools and Microsoft analytics tools to meet those needs.
Requirements
- two years of experience with Microsoft Power BI Report Server (including table creation, views, stored procedures, and population isolation techniques)
- five years of analytic work experience in healthcare, including one year in Business Intelligence and Analytics and two years with Microsoft Power BI Report Server
- Epic certifications in assigned applications preferred.
- Working knowledge of healthcare IT systems and experience in healthcare data informatics preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Report Server, and other data visualization tools preferred.
- authoring efficient T-SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed query design specifications and use them to document and guide development of data extracts, reports, and visualizations.
- Generate data and translate it into meaningful information via report, presentation, and visualization formats.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain reports, data extracts, and distribution.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain changes, upgrades, and fixes to reports using appropriate report development technology (Power BI Report Server, Epic tools) and authoring efficient T-SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Use data warehouse architecture design for self-service reporting and visualization tools.
- Work with ACCESS report users and application analysts to determine reporting requirements based on business needs.
