Chief Industries is seeking an ERP Developer to analyze, program, and support their computer applications, specifically the IFS ERP System, and to contribute to the company's growth by learning new skills and supporting projects.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Angular, Java, Python, PL/SQL, TSQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Knowledge of C-Sharp, CSS, HTML and other JavaScript/Typescript frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with IFS ERP preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and publish projects applying established Chief standards and based on Chief priorities, programmer expertise, and divisional needs
- Modularize and reuse code where practical
- Keep code repository system up to date.
- Provide support of existing applications as needed
- Development of reports using Crystal Reports, IFS Quick Reports and other tools as needed
- Acts as liaison with manufacturers and vendors of software and application products for ongoing Chief initiatives such as EDI or 3rd party interfaces
- Contribute to the enhancement of Chief’s growth by learning new skills needed to support our projects

- Eager to acquire understanding of Chief products, processes, and standards.
- Provide training for users and staff members on procedures required for executing applications
- Collaborative interaction with IT staff and customers to assist in problem solving, defining projects, and understanding divisional procedures and goals
- Keep the team updated on project status by timely reporting of progress with provided tools
