Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze field service requirements for Oracle Cloud Field Service
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Field Service functionalities
- Experience in Implementation and Support projects
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services
- Experience with Oracle Cloud architecture, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and configure OFS workflows, routing rules, and optimization
- Develop integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and web services
- Customize and extend OFS functionalities to meet the business needs
- Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and UAT
- Create technical and functional documentation, including user guides
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams
- Work on all project phases: Project Preview, FitGap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
Other
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Field Service applications
- Analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for client interaction and team management
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery
