Serve as a techno functional expert in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management. Lead clients through the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and support.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Involved in at least three Oracle Cloud HCM implementation/support projects.
- Strong understanding of both functional processes and technical components (e.g., integrations, reports).
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a techno functional expert in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
- Lead clients through the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
- Conduct functional design workshops and provide guidance on best practices.
- Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Identify gaps in standard functionality and work with technical teams to design and implement extensions.
- Coordinate with DBA and technical teams for integrations, data conversions, and reporting requirements.
