The company is looking to solve the problem of configuring and maintaining HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and security, and providing functional support to HR, Legal and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience supporting and/or administering HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG, or similar).
- Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance management).
- Experience gathering requirements, writing documentation, and supporting system testing.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, user security, and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with SDLC practices and experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Ability to balance technical application administration with business-facing analysis and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Administer daily operations of HRIS & Legal applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and data integrity.
- Configure and maintain application workflows, rules, security roles, and reporting structures.
- Manage user access, security, and permissions in compliance with data privacy requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to application functionality and data accuracy.
- Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements by coordinating testing and deployment.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for system configuration or development.
- Develop training materials and deliver sessions for end-users.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
