Conservice is seeking an ESG Sr. Data Analyst to join their ESG services team to manage and analyze ESG data for real estate clients, helping them attract capital, accelerate growth, and mitigate risk.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Asana and Google Suite is preferred
- Operational Understanding: Dive deep into our processes, technology and how to use data effectively to meet client needs
- ESG Knowledge: Ideally, have working knowledge of completing GRESB submissions, conducting GHG inventories, managing materiality assessments, and other ESG activities within the commercial real estate sector
Responsibilities
- Manage the processes for onboarding client data to Conservice's ESG data platform and enabling clients' effective use of the platform
- Provide regular progress updates on ESG data collection, management and quality assessment
- Collaborate with customers to resolve data issues, including utility consumption data and property characteristics
- Present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop effective actions and guidelines that enable process improvements
- Partner with ESG Consultants to deliver contracted services, conduct project management and propose potential changes to scope
- Work with Conservice's internal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings to drive growth
