Johnson & Johnson's Established Products (EP) Oncology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) co-op aims to maximize the value of the oncology portfolio through clinical development programs and to automate literature search, analysis, and reporting using AI technologies.
Requirements
- You have the latest knowledge and experience in AI, especially in large language models.
- You have strong problem-solving skills for developing innovative solutions and meeting project objectives.
- You have demonstrated the ability of critical thinking and prioritization with respect to project objectives.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used softwares.
- Additional technical proficiencies in SharePoint and other information technology systems are highly desirable, including experience with PubMed, EMBASE, and other literature databases.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Clinical Leaders and CDTs in the execution of specific tasks and projects in the oncology portfolio related to clinical studies and strategic activities.
- Work with the Clinical Leaders on clinical trial concept and protocol development, execute clinical studies for post-approval commitments and new indications.
- Be actively involved in creation of Clinical Study Reports, publication of clinical research findings, and presentations to relevant Health Authorities, advisory committees, and review meetings.
- Participate in EP-AI project by evaluating related latest technologies and contributing to the progress of the project.
Other
- You are enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science and/or biological sciences related fields.
- You are passionate about science & operational excellence.
- You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
- You possess good communication and interpersonal skills and can work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred.
- Daily commute to Titusville Campus, New Jersey, expected.
- Being legally authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future is required.
