Responsibilities
- Data Modelling and ETL Developer for Data Conversion Design, Develop, and Test Talend ETLs.
- Responsible for building and validating ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Talend for data conversion projects.
- Lead Design Discussions: Facilitate design conversations with both client stakeholders and internal Deloitte teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
- Legacy Data Model Analysis: Analyze and review existing (legacy) data models to understand current structures and identify areas for improvement or transformation.
- Create Mapping Documents: Develop comprehensive mapping documents that detail how legacy data will be transformed and loaded into the new system.
- ETL Testing: Conduct thorough testing of ETL jobs to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
- Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the functional application team to assess and address any functional impacts resulting from data conversion activities.
