Vantor is looking for an experienced ETL Developer to seamlessly integrate datasets into their customers web application, maintain the current ETL system, and define and drive the design and implementation of a new ETL system, including flexible ETL solutions and designs for the next generation of their ETL.
Requirements
- Experience using PostgreSQL for data management
- Knowledge using APIs to retrieve data from various sources
- Experience using SQL to query large datasets
- Experience with programmatic data manipulation
- Experience using AWS cloud services to efficiently gather and service data
- Knowledge of ETL concepts and best practices
- Experience using Apache NiFi
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the flow of data into the customer’s PostgreSQL database
- Develop custom ETL solutions for unique and diverse datasets
- Ensure seamless data integration with all aspects of the application
- Communicate with Intelligence Community data providers
- Work closely with team members to gather data requirements from end users
Other
- This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with required Polygraph.
- To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Person
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Geography etc. 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
