Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking an ETL Developer / Business Liaison to support digital transformation initiatives and serve as the main point of contact for a large department’s data needs, bridging business and IT requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Informatica IICS ETL and Snowflake.
- Experience with other ETL platforms (SSIS, ODI, CDATA).
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of data warehouses and data marts.
- Strong SQL and Unix shell scripting skills.
- Snowflake certification(s) preferred.
- Solid understanding of data integration, data quality, and data architecture principles.
- Experience in relational, dimensional, and unstructured data modeling.
Responsibilities
- Participate in crafting application architecture documents and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Create design artifacts and support prototyping via proofs of concept (POCs).
- Deliver high-quality code and perform peer reviews to meet design requirements.
- Develop documentation for assigned modules.
- Lead validation activities across functional, integration, system, and user experience testing.
- Support “Go Live” planning and lead assigned activities.
- Perform root-cause analysis of post-implementation issues and implement effective solutions.

- Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in office
- We are only considering candidates who are currently located in Massachusetts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Agile software development frameworks.
- Must reside within commuting distance of Boston, MA.
