Wawa is looking to expand its fuel offerings to include high-speed diesel, associated travel center products, and electric vehicle charging. The company needs to provide technical support through research, analysis, and reporting for the EV Charging and New Fuel Business Department to drive profitability and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Build and update existing Excel analysis models, research input data, model scenarios, develop actionable output, summarize and present results and findings.
- Perform benchmarking against peer companies and other industries. Identify best practices and new technologies used to improve fuel management at the store level and recommend the best course of action.
- Assist with analyzing current IT capabilities, identifying gaps, and developing solutions to meet the business needs of the department.
- Assist with documenting and maintaining all internal business processes. Support the development of ongoing process improvements through technical enhancement.
- Compile, prepare and communicate reports for all levels across the organization.
- Assist with market share and conversion reporting process for all organizations for all fuels, to include establishing EV charging market share measure process.
- Assist with the research, design, and development of new data management technologies.
