Family Connections is looking for a Program Evaluation and Quality Specialist to harness the power of meaningful evaluation data to provide programs with feedback that truly matters, aiming to improve outcomes for their community, particularly in youth mental health.
Requirements
- Program evaluation experience preferred.
- Proficiency with software tools for data analysis, spreadsheets, database management, and online survey tools.
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Publisher.
- Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent data collection, analysis and reporting ability required.
- Able to develop evaluation plans.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with program staff and under the direction of the Director of Quality to develop, maintain and report on relevant processes and outcome data in a timely manner.
- Collect, input, update, and manage data across various platforms, including but not limited to Alchemer and those required by funders/regulators, ensuring data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Support both qualitative and quantitative data analysis of consumer care/quality measures in accordance with acceptable statistical and quality improvement processes/systems.
- Analyze, evaluate and measure program outcomes and provide input for sustainability and evaluation planning.
- Support and make recommendations for use of rapid cycle PDSA to manage continuous quality improvement.
- Support fidelity monitoring of Evidence-Based Practices.
- Build and manage evaluation and outcome reports in appropriate software, ensure they are accurate and share them with various internal and external stakeholders including staff, partner agencies and funders.
