Support the planning, coordination, and execution of GHX’s flagship customer conference and tradeshow program to strengthen the GHX brand and drive customer engagement
Requirements
- Proficiency with event management and registration platforms
- Experience with project management tools (Swoogo, Asana) preferred
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of GHX Summit, including vendor coordination, registration, logistics, and on-site support
- Own and manage the end-to-end event registration process, including platform setup, attendee communications, troubleshooting, reporting and onsite registration desk management
- Manage day-to-day execution of North American tradeshows, including booth logistics, sponsorship deliverables, shipping, setup/teardown, and lead capture processes
- Coordinate timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met across multiple stakeholders and multiple events
- Work with vendors and partners to ensure quality execution of event services, including AV, catering, and production
- Track event budgets and support reconciliation processes
- Assist in creating event overview and run-of-show documents, event briefs, and post-event reports
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in tradeshow and event planning, preferably within a corporate or B2B environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
