The Quality Initiatives Division of the State of Ohio is looking to enhance residents' quality of care and quality of life in long term care facilities through the development of comprehensive education and training programs.
Requirements
- 18 mos. exp. preparing & delivering informational & instructional programs for adults using instructional design model & doing & analyzing performance needs assessments
- Completion of associate core program in instructional design, adult learning, education, instructional technology, or related field
- Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications noted above
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement curriculum development procedures for the QID/EXCEL Academy
- Design and develop e-learning content for courses within learning management system including storyboards, outlines, scripts, slides, and interactive elements such as graphics creation and videos
- Conduct regular reviews & tests courses for performance to ensure effectiveness of training materials and learner engagement
- Serves as a liaison for EXCEL Academy stakeholders and contractors for e-learning troubleshooting
Other
- 18 months of experience preparing and delivering informational and instructional programs for adults
- Completion of associate core program in instructional design, adult learning, education, instructional technology, or related field
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications noted above
