First Round is seeking two highly organized, proactive, and resourceful executive assistants to amplify the impact of First Round Partners by managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
Requirements
- Ability to manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Experience coordinating travel and logistics for high-level executives
- Proficiency with email management, scheduling tools, and office software
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Comfortable managing personal and professional responsibilities concurrently
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and itineraries for partners and stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics
- Draft, review, and submit expense reports accurately and promptly
- Organize in-person meetings, events, and team gatherings, including venue reservations and catering arrangements
- Handle inbound communications via email and LinkedIn, prioritizing and responding as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with Chiefs of Staff and other team members to ensure seamless operations

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar operational support role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Flexibility to work outside traditional hours when necessary
