The global Red Bull Digital Products & Services technology team is tasked with developing, launching, and maintaining innovative technology solutions to support a range of global consumer-facing digital products, and the Executive Assistant role is needed to support the leadership team and facilitate the successful execution of the department's objectives.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders within the Digital Products team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing executive events and offsite gatherings.
- Oversee high-priority projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking timelines, and preparing strategic documentation for executive review.
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of senior executives, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely responses to key stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential records and documents, ensuring they remain secure, up-to-date, and readily accessible to the leadership team.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and data analyses by simplifying complex information into actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, including international itineraries, accommodations, and event logistics for the leadership team.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, oversee expense reports, and support financial planning for organizational initiatives.

- A minimum of five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership within a digital or technology-focused environment.
- U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
