SEMCOG Technologies is looking for an Executive Assistant Intern to directly support the CEO and executive team, providing administrative support and organization to drive the company's growth and success.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint)
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, calendar oversight, and email triage for the CEO
- Coordinate meetings, prep documents, and track deliverables
- Organize files, decks, and workflows via Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneNote
- Join executive syncs and provide follow-up support
- Support internal task management and strategic ops across departments

- Must reside in the U.S.
- 20–30 hours/week availability for 90 days
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Startup interest or experience strongly preferred
