The Assistant Deputy Commandant, Combat Development & Integration (ADC CD&I) requires comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day operations and coordination across senior Marine Corps, DoD, interagency, and industry partners.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams; experience with DTS, DISS, and ETMS2 highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and finalize official correspondence, reports, and remarks in accordance with DON/USMC standards; manage taskers via ETMS2.
- Maintain office rosters, schedules, phone lists, and manage incoming/outgoing communications including classified documents.
- Schedule, deconflict, and support meetings/conferences; prepare agendas, read-ahead materials, and minutes; provide logistical support for events and senior leader engagements.
- Coordinate and process domestic and international travel arrangements through DTS; review authorizations/vouchers for JTR compliance.
- Process visit requests and clearance verifications via DISS; ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Maintain electronic/paper filing systems, process IT/facility requests, and ensure tracking of actions through SharePoint and other HQMC systems.
- Serve as a central point of contact for senior leaders across HQMC, DON, OSD, Joint Staff, and external partners.

- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience providing administrative support at the SES/Flag/General Officer level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate across senior government, military, and industry stakeholders.
- Knowledge of DoD/USMC protocols, correspondence standards, and executive-level support requirements.
