OneDigital is looking for an Executive Director of Systems Operations & Product Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for their HR technology ecosystem, overseeing HRIS platforms and integrated solutions to improve user experiences and align technology with business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong expertise with HRIS platforms (e.g., PrismHR, iSolved, UKG, ADP, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience managing integrations with plugins, ATS, TLM, and performance management platforms.
- HR technology expertise (HRIS, TLM, ATS, Performance Mgmt)
- Systems integration and optimization
- Governance, risk, and compliance oversight
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for HRIS platforms and its connected solutions (TLM, ATS, Performance Management, and plugins).
- Oversee day-to-day product operations, enhancements, releases, and integrations across the HRIS ecosystem.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution of system enhancements and new features.
- Establish and manage quality assurance processes to validate system changes and ensure error-free releases.
- Oversee system security, user access protocols, and audit readiness.
- Partner with vendors to evaluate, negotiate, and implement solutions that support organizational needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) or 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR technology, product management, or systems management.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale system initiatives.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
