Salesforce is looking for an Executive Recruiter to support hiring for VP level and above roles within their Tech & Products organizations, ranging from Software Engineering to AI research. The goal is to find a candidate with a "creator mindset" to drive the hiring strategy and process effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience that includes full cycle recruiting, executive sourcing and research
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in executive recruiting, either in house or in retained search
- Expertise in recruiting leaders for a variety of functions within the technology industry
- Thorough knowledge of technology trends, industry news, and tech industry executive moves in the AMER marketplace
- Extensive sourcing and pipeline building experience
- Proven ability to earn trust and credibility quickly while positively influencing the search process; ability to communicate the right message for the audience by using instincts and good judgement.
- Commitment to improving our team's processes with the use of agents to make us more efficient
Responsibilities
- Create search strategies and perform thorough assessments to assess talent.
- Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Develop trusted relationships with candidates from the initial call in order to craft a winning offer & story
- Use active listening & learning to form a point of view for an effective offer strategy & negotiation.
- Conduct research to map target companies to build key relationships with the most qualified executive talent in the industry.
- Keep an ear to the ground on industry competitive info and use it to effectively partner with your stakeholders
- Lead update meetings with the business on active searches as well as strategic business reviews as needed
Other
- Currently residing in commuting distance to San Francisco, Palo Alto or Bellevue/Seattle offices
- Able to work in the San Francisco, Palo Alto or Seattle/Bellevue office a minimum of 3 days a week.
- Fueled by curiosity, the thrill of the hunt, the love of a good story and the "what if" mindset of creating something from nothing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to provide concise, clear & informative comms.
- History of collaborating with senior business leaders from top-tier companies
