Requirements
- Strong research skills
- Experience with talent mapping strategies
- Experience working with high level of discretion and confidentiality
- 1-2 years experience as an executive sourcer or researcher in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential prospects for Executive roles
- Provide an informed perspective on prospects/candidates and how they match against the key selection criteria
- Provide deep insights on the external talent market
- Lead and prioritize diversity sourcing efforts
- Assist in the development of the job description, search strategy and target list of companies
- Gather relevant information regarding the appropriate target companies
- Help project manage executive searches from start to finish
