Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the business unit's goals and the overall company vision.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, particularly in AI, and identify opportunities for innovation that can provide a competitive advantage.
  • Partner closely with product management to advance the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features and products.
  • Create and maintain a clear technology roadmap that supports the product roadmap and future growth.
  • Collaborate with other technology leaders across the company to contribute to and leverage our global platform, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee the operational responsibilities of the application landscape, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and minimizing technical debt.
  • Govern strategic vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and alignment with enterprise goals.

Other

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a significant portion in a senior executive capacity (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering).
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Awareness and/or hands on experiences within the Financial Services or Information Services industries.
  • Experience leading technology for a large-scale business or product line, ideally with revenues exceeding $500M.
