The business problem that Integral is looking to solve is to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for all system engineering and integration efforts related to the Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) products, the Common Operating Environment (COE) initiative, and Army-wide PNT architecture.

- Demonstrated strong leadership skills to guide technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple PEOs, and contribute to the development of the PNT Enterprise architecture and strategy

Responsibilities
- Responsible for aligning technical strategies with PM PNT and broader Army objectives, driving the adoption of modular and open systems architectures, and ensuring successful achievement of milestone decisions and COE updates.
- Oversees the development of concept and requirements analysis, systems design, modeling & simulation, and integration/test strategies, while ensuring robust security practices and effective communication through briefings, reporting, and knowledge management systems.
- Serves as the primary liaison between PM PNT, ASA(ALT), PEOs, and AFC stakeholders, fostering cross-PEO coordination and synchronization.

- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
