Requirements
- Proficiency in Python with experience in applied analytics and ML model development
- Familiarity with machine learning methods (e.g., forecasting, classification, natural language processing) and interest in applying them to banking and client materials
Responsibilities
- Extract insights from structured and unstructured financial, market, and client data
- Automate and streamline creation of deal documents, pitchbooks, and client-ready materials, improving both efficiency and quality
- Power analytical tools that strengthen decision-making across the firm
- Enable bankers to spend more time on strategy and client engagement by embedding AI-driven intelligence into everyday workflows
- Design and implement solutions that enhance how deal teams analyze opportunities, assess markets, and generate materials
Other
- Minimum 3-6 years of analytics, data science, or banking experience
- Intellectual curiosity about AI’s role in reshaping financial services and practical interest in experimenting with new tools
- Strong verbal communication skills, able to explain technical work clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior bankers
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with guidance
