The Boeing Company is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the development and deployment of Business Intelligence Solutions to help Boeing Test & Evaluation run the business predictably, effectively, and efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with data and data warehousing business solutions
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with databases using SQL or PL/SQL
- Experience integrating different tools, models and/or databases to automate data sharing
- Experienced with ETL concepts
- Experience with web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Proficient with Angular and/or .NET C/VB Development with deep understanding of the frameworks and their various components
- Knowledge in programming languages and predictive and prescriptive analytics (ex: Python, R, etc.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives
- Combine programming, SQL skills, best practices and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes
- Implement solutions utilizing SQL, PLSQL, ETL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, .NET, and/or Python
- Develop/Enhance data models for existing/new solutions
- Collect, organize, synthesize and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
- Partner with teammates to develop and implement BI solutions utilizing Application Lifecycle Management processes and best practices
- Integrate with the development team and project manager to clearly articulate status through project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO)
Other
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field
- Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a Business Intelligence Role (BEH5, BEH6, BEH7, etc.)
