Requirements
- Strong experience with Salesforce as an Admin.
- Salesforce Development experience is a bonus.
- AWS experience is a bonus.
- Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products, processes and best practices.
- Working SOQL knowledge
- Experience with API calls and system integrations
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce platform.
- Implement new features and customize existing functionality.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize business processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Salesforce-related questions and issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain customizations, workflows, and validation rules to meet the needs of our business.
- Leverage data to produce personalized experiences relevant to customers.
Other
- Associate or bachelor’s degree with a preference in computer science, technology, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience working as a Salesforce Admin is required.
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required.
