Requirements
- Experience with ML libraries, such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques.
- Research experience in ML, ability to discuss and show previous ML projects/publications
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and iterate on large neural network models using our proprietary data
- Run rigorous evaluations
- Turn cutting-edge research into measurable improvements
- Develop, train, and validate machine learning models for various applications
- Implement current advances in ML and best practices by constructing, training and iterating over SOTA NN models
- Conduct data preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis to support model development
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure quality and suitability for model training
Other
- This role is fully onsite
- Stay updated on the latest developments in machine learning and communicate these developments to the rest of the team.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and data collection teams, to direct data collection and ensure quality.
- Document model architecture, processes, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

- This is a full-time, on-site position in Boston.
