CSC is looking to increase client retention and strengthen long-term customer relationships by enhancing product "stickiness" and ensuring clients realize sustained value from their Entity Management solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Entity Management systems administration, software implementation, or product management role(s).
  • Strong technical knowledge of data migration, API integration, and software configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage upmarket Entity Management software implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding through meticulous planning and execution.
  • Oversee complex client data migrations to ensure integrity, completeness, and security during transition from competitor systems.
  • Facilitate technical API integrations between our platform and client systems to optimize workflows and data exchange.
  • Develop and deliver role-specific client training programs to maximize platform adoption and proficiency.
  • Create and maintain best practice documentation to support consistent, efficient implementations.
  • Partner with commercial sales teams by providing technical expertise during the sales process, including implementation-related project plans, RFP responses, and solution design.
  • Collect and communicate competitive intelligence and client insights to Product Management, helping to refine and enhance our offerings.

  • Spearhead the CSC Entity Management client retention program, developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for existing clients, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage of our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Management and cross-functional teams to anticipate client needs, proactively resolve challenges, and drive adoption initiatives.
  • Analyze client feedback, usage patterns, and feature adoption to tailor retention strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven success driving customer retention and strengthening long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a problem-solving approach.
