Requirements
- Academic background in Geophysics, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Strong foundation in physics, mathematics, and scientific programming (Python or Julia)
- Experience or interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning
Responsibilities
- Integrate artificial intelligence (machine learning, neural operators) with large-scale physics-based simulations
- Analyze complex seismic cycles and real fault systems
- Engage in interdisciplinary research
- Utilize physics, mathematics, and scientific programming (Python or Julia) for simulations
- Apply machine learning and neural operators to earthquake modelling
- Develop and implement AI-Enhanced Physics-Based Simulations
- Conduct research in geophysics, physics, computer science, mathematics, and engineering
