The Boeing Company is seeking F-15 Mission Systems Software Engineers to design and implement new capabilities in the F-15 Operational Flight Program (OFP) for both the United States Air Force (USAF) and international customers, developing, integrating, and maintaining a wide range of aircraft functionalities for the Advanced Display Core Processor II (ADCP II).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with professional software development
- 2+ years of experience in C/C++, Ada, and/or a similar object-oriented programming language
- 2+ years of experience developing, documenting, and maintaining architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems
- Agile/SAFe development experience
- Experience with DevOps tools, such as GitLab (CI/CD), Git Bash, Gradle, Jira, Jenkins, and Artifactory
- Desirable programming languages include: Ada, C, C++, Python
- Experience developing embedded real-time software
Responsibilities
- Develops, documents and maintains architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
- Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system
- Develop software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met
- Executes and documents software research and development projects
- Serves as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulations
- Troubleshoot software issues
- Works under general direction

- This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
- The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
- Ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance (Post-Start).
