Requirements
build intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform portfolio (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI).
connect to Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 (M365)
Responsibilities
Design and prototype AI-powered agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.
Build an Intune integration that reads data from the Intune Data Warehouse to surface insights on device health and compliance.
Create a ServiceNow agent capable of reading catalog items, completing request forms, and submitting them on behalf of users.
Develop a Microsoft 365 (M365) agent that can perform basic administrative tasks, such as managing user access, group memberships, and mailbox settings.
Partner with IT engineers and automation specialists to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
Test and refine your solutions, document your work, and support pilot rollouts as part of LS&Co.'s digital transformation journey.

Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, or associate program
Expected Graduation date Spring 2027
Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization
Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge
