Requirements
- build intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform portfolio (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI).
- connect to Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 (M365)
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype AI-powered agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.
- Build an Intune integration that reads data from the Intune Data Warehouse to surface insights on device health and compliance.
- Create a ServiceNow agent capable of reading catalog items, completing request forms, and submitting them on behalf of users.
- Develop a Microsoft 365 (M365) agent that can perform basic administrative tasks, such as managing user access, group memberships, and mailbox settings.
- Partner with IT engineers and automation specialists to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
- Test and refine your solutions, document your work, and support pilot rollouts as part of LS&Co.'s digital transformation journey.

- Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, or associate program
- Expected Graduation date Spring 2027
- Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization
- Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge
- Salary: $30/Hour for undergraduate and associate
