Responsibilities
- Develop and drive an efficient strategic plan for base build capital, and facilities space management through multi-functional department.
- Coordinates portfolio of planned capital facilities projects and help shape strategic decisions.
- Define and lead multi-disciplinary efficiency projects.
- Provide support for cost and schedule estimates and justification for approval
- Use data analytics to drive action, improve performance, gain efficiency, and achieve cost savings.
- Build and maintain budgetary planning models, outlining capital trends and forecasts.
- Use root cause analysis to effectively resolve issues and is highly engaged in key problem resolution.

- Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Stakeholder management
- Provide base build consultation and capital support to Operations, Maintenance, Manufacturing and other department/sites.
- Support executive and corporate requests/assignments.
- Partner with key collaborators to identify gaps and opportunities for equipment/process efficiencies.
