Sodexo is looking to hire a Facilities Engineering Manager for Bartlesville, OK Schools to manage HVAC systems, planned preventative maintenance, and lead a team of technicians.
Requirements
- Expertise in HVAC and Chiller systems
- Strong knowledge of BAS like Tridium and Pelican wireless
- The ability to respond to emergencies as needed on campus
Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC Systems
- Schedule Planned and Preventative maintenance
- Manage Tridium Building Automation System Controls
- Manage maintenance and troubleshooting for 3 Chillers
- Lead and mentor our team of 9 technicians with a focus on safety
Other
- high level of technical ability, particularly within HVAC and overall awareness of planned preventative maintenance services, exceptional leadership skills and preferably, knowledge of Pelican Wireless Control System.
- maintain excellent documentation and have strong professional communication skills.

- Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
