Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors responsible for facilities operations across semiconductor cleanrooms, labs, and support areas.
- Oversee the operation, design, construction, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of critical systems including HVAC, ultrapure water, process gases, electrical distribution, and waste treatment.
- Provide technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, controls, and process utility systems to support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for facility upgrades, capacity expansion, and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including OSHA, EPA, and semiconductor-specific standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, EHS, and engineering teams to support production goals and minimize downtime.
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and capital projects related to facilities infrastructure.

- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
