Northrop Grumman is seeking a Factory Systems Engineering Manager 2 to provide people management and direct program leadership for an advanced microelectronics fabrication line. The role involves developing requirements, maintaining technology roadmaps, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring successful execution against cost and schedule targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in microelectronics manufacturing or semiconductor fabs, including experience with semiconductor CIM components.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software tools, i.e. Atlassian tools stack - Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience with Applied Materials SmartFactory Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) solution
  • Experience with EVMS
  • Experience managing and prioritizing projects of a large scale.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software tools, i.e. Atlassian tools stack - Jira, Confluence

Other

  • This position requires fulltime on-site work at our Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL) in Linthicum, MD location or our Annapolis Junction, MD location.
  • This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance per business requirements
  • Administrative management responsibilities include staffing, performance and compensation management, and career development.
  • Informing stakeholders and program managers for status updates, issue resolution, and overall engineering execution.
