Northrop Grumman is seeking a Factory Systems Engineering Manager 2 to provide people management and direct program leadership for an advanced microelectronics fabrication line. The role involves developing requirements, maintaining technology roadmaps, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring successful execution against cost and schedule targets.
Requirements
- Experience in microelectronics manufacturing or semiconductor fabs, including experience with semiconductor CIM components.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software tools, i.e. Atlassian tools stack - Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Experience with Applied Materials SmartFactory Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) solution
- Experience with EVMS
- Experience managing and prioritizing projects of a large scale.

- This position requires fulltime on-site work at our Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL) in Linthicum, MD location or our Annapolis Junction, MD location.
- This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance per business requirements
- Administrative management responsibilities include staffing, performance and compensation management, and career development.
- Informing stakeholders and program managers for status updates, issue resolution, and overall engineering execution.
